At the very beginning, your site will be checked for vulnerabilities and malicious code.

Next, the whole code and database contents are cleaned and secured by implementing the latest recommended WordPress security practices and techniques.

For Premium and E-commerce plans we are also installing a security package.
At the end of this process, we begin supporting you with unlimited tasks.

Can I ask you for more help than my plan includes?

Of course. We are at your service. Before taking any actions we will let you know if further actions are included in the plan or need a separate valuation. We usually charge an hourly rate of $50.


What communication and reporting can I expect?

How long does a task take to complete?

Our aim is to complete each task within 8 hours. Usually, it happens much faster. If we consider a specific task as urgent, we fully focus on it.

What if a task takes more than 30 minutes?

Whenever we’re about to do a task which we estimate to take more than 30 minutes, we will notify you about and cost that may appear. That is before taking any actions of course.

What happens if my website gets hacked?

The moment we start working together, we make sure to create backups of a clean site. When website gets hacked, we can easily reconstruct it from that copy.

That is the biggest advantage of manual backups – we choose what is the best moment to take a snapshot (a picture of all the data).

If an update breaks my site, does it cost extra to fix it?

We estimate the time of fixing any problem before taking action.
If something happens to your website and you need us to restore it from a previous backup, just email us.

We’d update you on the processes as soon as we investigate the issue. If fixing time would take more than 30 minutes, we price it additionally and send you updated on that. In most cases it is just a simple restore from a backup copy, which takes less than 30 minutes.

You can stay calm – we keep backups for up to 90 days to always be ready to recover the most recent / best version of the site.
